Merry Christmas

Luke 2:8-15 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

Matthew 25:31-46  When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His glory:  And before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats: And He shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say to them on His right hand, Come, all of you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungry and you gave me food: I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink: I was a stranger, and you took me in: Naked, and you clothed me: I was sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came unto me.
Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, and fed you? or thirsty, and gave you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger, and took you in? or naked, and clothed you? Or when did we see you sick, or in prison, and came to you?
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have done it to one of the least of these my brothers, ye have done it to me. Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was hungry, and you gave me no food: I was thirsty, and you gave me nothing to drink: I was a stranger, and you wouldn't take me in: naked, and you did not give me clothing: sick, and in prison, and you didn't visit me.
Then shall they also answer Him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to you?
Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, you did it not to me.
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Christians should always be ready to give to those less fortunate and down on their luck. It's time to stop the world and get back on track with Christ by helping others.

Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand!

From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
